IW uses
does IW work with a bow/daggers/spear/sythe?
if it works with a bow, does it team up with multishot skills to do extra damage?
also, with a warrior, does it do the same damage with flurry as regular attacks?

IW works with any mele weapon, so scyths, hammer, swords, daggers, and axes will work. As to flurry, it will not reduce the amount you do per hit.

Yeah the IW/Flurry combo is a classic for Me/W or W/Me. In PVE it works amazingly as long as there's no enchant removal.

Me/W with a sythe works particularly well. In AB particularly.

I can imagine the scythe thing working well - the huge reaping abilities must be nice. As to IW/Flurry It's even suggested in the original GW manual that IW combines with Flurry with:

Forward thinking, eh?

...and if you ordered the Nightfall pre-release pack, you can take advantage of the IW scythe thing already. I just bought the pack yesterday, and tried it in AB. Solo capping is much easier, as well as fighting multiple people, cuz its 42 aoe dmg every attack now while wielding the soulbreaker.

Problem with IW+flurry on a W/Me is that you can do much better damage, both DPS or in a spike, with other warrior skills. It does however, hit through blind, evade, block and won't be affected by weakness.
It still has it's use for a Me/W though, since you can stack up to 16 in illusion. I imagine it'll see a little more use on a Me/D with an IAS skill. It seems attractive to W/Me, but it's really not, as if it outdamages a straight W build, your W build is rather weak. But it has it's uses. Just, as was said, watch out for enchantment removal, which is *everywhere*.
